Olli reads only the data listed below. Last updated 26 August 2026.
What Olli reads
- Shop domain, app install status, approved access, and update history.
- Products, variants, inventory items, inventory levels, and locations.
- Recent order dates, status, SKU, product and quantity fields used to calculate sales speed and stockout risk.
- Supplier rules, lead times, pack sizes, reorder points, and restock targets you save in Olli.
- Stocky migration files you choose to upload.
Why Olli uses it
- To show what to order, how much to order, and the date to order by.
- To calculate sales speed, days of stock left, and which SKU needs action first.
- To show the same clear order alert inside Olli and, after a verified sender is connected, by email when email alerts are on. Olli prefills the store contact or owner email so the merchant can review it before saving.
What Olli does not do
- Olli does not sell merchant data.
- Olli does not use merchant data for third-party ad targeting.
- Olli does not store Shopify customer names, emails, phone numbers, billing addresses, or shipping addresses from orders.
- Olli does not select or store customer identity, contact, payment, billing, or shipping fields from orders.
Deletion and privacy requests
- Olli checks that each privacy request came from Shopify before processing it.
- Olli handles Shopify requests for customer data, customer deletion, and shop deletion.
- A privacy request is not marked complete until the applicable export or deletion work has been verified.
- For access or deletion support, contact hello@getolli.app with the store domain and Shopify request reference; do not email customer data.
